BSix College, a sixth form college in London, wanted to improve the value and efficiency of its £100,000 annual cleaning contract while maintaining its high standards. However, there were initial concerns from the contractor, Ketray Contract Cleaning, that an external review might overlook the specific challenges of cleaning a busy and complex campus environment.
