Set your own Sustainable Development Goals through collaborative discussions with staff and stakeholders.

Uniforms / PPE: Ensure these are sustainably sourced / seek alternatives where appropriate

Services engaged by contractors/third parties who are local / have innovative solutions to improve sustainability.

Training: Increase staff awareness to reduce energy / water waste: turn off lights and other electrical apparatus when not in use / minimise unnecessary wastage or consumption of water

Audits: conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor improvements

Increase staff morale by improving staff engagement processes. Reward them for innovative ideas. This, in turn, will increase productivity and effectiveness in all areas

No Print Friday: set targets to minimise and eliminate energy / stationery consumption / printing costs. Data analysis and KPI’s to measure the impact of changes eg. reduction in paper ordered or bin bags used.
