GHNFT, via its essential FM services provider Gloucestershire Managed Services (GMS), worked with Sitemark to conduct an independent staff engagement exercise to survey the Housekeeping teams at Cheltenham General and Gloucestershire Royal Hospitals for an unbiased view of staff morale.
Offering three £25 gift cards incentivised staff to take part and, just in time for Christmas, on 19th December 2022, Richard Poolton, Sitemark Project Manager, was happy to present the lucky winners, drawn from the hat.
