The challenge

CGGVeritas wanted to improve the cleaning standards of its 7,303 sq m premises and manage its cleaning contract tender process more effectively. They had limited knowledge of cleaning tender management and specification processes, making it difficult to achieve the desired results on their own.

The solution

Sitemark surveyed the premises and prepared detailed tender documents, including the cleaning specification. Contractors were invited and we oversaw the selection of the winning contractor.
