"A valuable resource for the Trust"
The challenge
The current cleaning costs appeared to be one of the highest within the NHS in England and, although cleaning procedures have been in place for several years without review, the Trust has found it difficult to compare independent benchmark data that considers site nuances.
The solution
Sitemark’s independent recycling and waste benchmarking review and strategy writing support programme proved the perfect vehicle with which to take the Trust forward. All processes were reviewed along with associated costs and 3rd party management structures applied to the solutions.
The results
